Uncrustables® Nutrition Facts

Learn more about Uncrustables® products, nutrition, and ingredients.

When something is both delicious and convenient, like Smucker′s® Uncrustables® sandwiches are, it′s natural to have questions. What′s in it? How many calories are in a serving? What′s the nutritional value?

If you′re looking for reliable facts, you′ve come to the right place. While other sources often attempt to answer nutrition questions about Uncrustables® products, their info may be outdated, incomplete or just plain mistaken. Here you′ll find the most current, complete and accurate information, straight from the source.

To answer this question, first we have to define ′′healthy."

The FDA and USDA require that a food product must meet all the following requirements to be described as healthy:

  • Low fat
  • Low saturated fat
  • 90 mg of cholesterol or less
  • At least one of the following nutrients at 10% DV or higher

Uncrustables products do not meet that definition.

If you're wondering whether Uncrustables products are low-fat or low-calorie foods, please be aware that they are not. They are also not, by themselves, complete and balanced meals. Enjoy Uncrustables sandwiches as part of a balanced diet.

Please note that Uncrustables products come in a variety of flavors, with different sizes available at different locations, and specific nutrition facts vary by size and flavor. For details, check your product′s label or see below.

No, Uncrustables products are not vegan. Our PB&J-style sandwiches may contain milk.

No, Uncrustables products are not classified as organic.

A product or ingredient can only be called a ′′jelly′′ or ′′jam′′ based on specific FDA definitions, which say that they have to contain a certain proportion of sugar, by weight. Reducing the sugar content to create our reduced sugar products causes the fruit spreads to no longer meet the FDA definitions of ′′jelly′′ or ′′jam."
